How long does the process of selling my jewelry take?
We guarantee a simple process at the quickest rate. However, the time may vary depending on your location. A visit to our office can result in direct payment. If you are shipping your jewelry to our office the valuation process can take up to 24 hours. We will then contact you directly with an offer.
Do I need a GIA certificate to sell my jewelry?
No, you do not need a GIA certificate to sell your jewelry. Our in house gemologists have the expertise to evaluate diamonds with the same standards and grading techniques as GIA. However, we do encourage you to bring any type of documentation or packaging that came with the item at the time of purchase.
How do I know if your shipping is safe to send jewelry?

If you wish for us to return your jewelry, we ship from Monday to Thursday to guarantee overnight weekday delivery and availability to contact our office if needed.
If I do not agree with your offer, what are my options?
We do our best to offer the fairest estimate on market value. However, if you do not agree with our offer you are not obligated to sell your jewelry. If you wish to sell more than one item you are not compelled to sell your entire selection. We understand and respect that the jewelry you may wish to sell holds a sentimental value, and you will always be welcome to visit our office in the future when you are ready to sell.
